Getting Started
AmrioxClinic is a clinic management platform built specifically for Pakistani clinics. It replaces paper registers, phone-based bookings, and manual WhatsApp messages with a single digital system online booking, patient records, WhatsApp automation, and staff management all in one place.
Most clinics are fully set up within 24 hours. After you contact us, our team handles the entire setup creating your account, adding services and staff, configuring your booking page, and testing WhatsApp notifications.
None at all. AmrioxClinic is designed to be used by anyone including receptionists with no prior tech experience. If you can use WhatsApp and a smartphone, you can use AmrioxClinic.
AmrioxClinic works on any phone or tablet through the browser, and can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your home screen just like a native app. No App Store download required.

Bookings & Scheduling
Every clinic gets a public booking page (e.g. mail.amrioxclinic.com/clinic/your-clinic). Patients visit the page, choose a service and doctor, pick a date and available time slot, enter their name and phone number, and submit. No account is required.
Yes your booking page is live 24/7. Patients can book outside your clinic hours, on weekends, or from any device. You receive an instant notification for every new booking.
Our slot engine checks doctor availability in real time before every booking. A slot is only shown if it is genuinely free it considers the duration of the service, any buffer time you have set, and overlapping appointments.
Yes. You can set a maximum advance booking window (e.g. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days) in your clinic settings. You can also set a minimum notice period (e.g. no same-day bookings after 2pm).
Yes. Every booking includes a secure one-time cancellation link. Patients can cancel by clicking the link in their confirmation message without calling the clinic. You are notified immediately.
Every booking moves through these statuses: Pending → Confirmed → Completed (or Cancelled / No-Show). Each status change can trigger a WhatsApp message to the patient.
WhatsApp Integration
AmrioxClinic sends 8 types of WhatsApp messages via approved templates: Booking Created, Booking Confirmed, Booking Rescheduled, Booking Cancelled, Appointment Reminder, Visit Completed, No-Show Follow-Up. Each is tied to an event in the booking lifecycle.
Yes. AmrioxClinic uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API the same API used by banks and major businesses. Messages are sent from a verified WhatsApp Business number with approved templates. This is not a grey-market or unofficial solution.
WhatsApp messages are only sent to the phone number the patient provides when booking. If they have WhatsApp on that number, they will receive the message. Patients without WhatsApp will not receive those notifications, but email notifications can be used as a fallback.
The message templates are pre-approved by Meta and contain dynamic variables like the patient name, date, time, and doctor name. The core template text cannot be changed, but your clinic name, doctor name, and booking details are filled in automatically.
Pricing & Billing
We offer monthly subscription plans priced for Pakistani clinics. Visit our Pricing page to see current plan details and features. All plans include a one-time setup fee.
We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfer. Our team will guide you through payment after signup.
No. AmrioxClinic is billed monthly with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe an error has occurred, contact us within 7 days. See our Terms of Service for full details.
You will receive an automated notification as you approach your limit. You can contact us to upgrade your plan at any time. Existing bookings are never deleted.
Privacy & Data
You do. Patient records you enter into AmrioxClinic belong entirely to your clinic. AmrioxClinic acts as a processor of that data on your behalf and never sells or shares it with third parties.
Yes. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption. Access is protected by authenticated logins with role-based permissions. We never expose patient data between clinics.
Yes. You can export patient and booking data to CSV at any time from the dashboard. If you cancel your account, data export requests must be made within 30 days of cancellation.
When a WhatsApp message is sent, the patient phone number and the message content are transmitted to Meta via their API for delivery. This is the minimum required for WhatsApp delivery. No other patient data is shared with Meta.
